Can BL460c Blade server get the storage drive data backia REST API?

Hi, Everyone

I use HP REST API version 2.1 in the BL460c Gen9 Blade server, but I cannot get the storage drive data back.

Because I have tested the REST API version 2.4 via the URI: '/rest/v1/Systems/1/SmartStorage/ArrayControllers' to get storage drive back with DL360 Gen9 Server. it works, but why the BL460c cannot. there are no any URI shows to me. 

any guy knows this issue?
