What iLO4 firmware version do you have? I know there was an issue with iLO resolving the SNMP server's DNS name. Try using the IP address instead.

The DL380 G6 has iLO2. It is a completely different chip and firmware. You need HP Drives that provide temperature values to the embedded P410i Smart Array controller.

The B120i is a SATA controller, it doesn't support SAS drives. If you want to use SAS drives, you will need to add in a "P" series Smart Array controller as they support both SAS and SATA.
