May be the SPP version you have used is not supported, or it may not have the latest  firmware for these drive model .

Which SPP version you have used ?

I believe you need to use SPP 2017.04,  or earlier versions with G6 server,  SPP2016.10

For VMware version use following (individual update), Please refer installation instruction.
