Is there a reason you can't just load the new firmware .bin from the iLO web interface? This would negate the process of you having to reboot the server to install from a USB device

Setup iLO 2 and was in the remote session. Attempted to mount the .iso and we don't have a virtual media license; I guess that idea is out of the wagon.
