Before replacing the cache module, it is recommended to have a complete backup, a proper shutdown from the operating system so that information in the array cache is written to the disks.
There is no risk of loosing the array configuration as the cache module does not hold the array configuration. If there are any further queries, please contact HPE support at:

Does anyone have the locaction where I can download the MIB file for my server? In the documentation is a old link. This link is dead. On the internet I keep finding the same link and not the MIB file.

HP please stop placing all MIB files together in one file. I toke me days to get the right MIB for my switch and now I am stuck with my server.

I'm in the middle of testing the current scripting tools on a new DL360 Gen10.
I'm running CentOS7 and installed the following rpms:

I'm trying to capture the BIOS settings with conrep -s -f uefi.cfg
But I get the following error:
ERROR: Unable to open CHIF channel for Option Rom operations: 0000000c: All channels are currently in use for the requested priority.
Does anyone know what this is about?
Couldn't find anything with google.
The tools always worked fine on Gen9 servers

I have problem, in my server have install ROM P78 03/28/2014, when i try to install latest ROM (2018.05.21(25 Jun 2018)), the setup say me - An error occurred determining the properties of the component.Press 'Close' to exit Setup.
Does anyone have any idea how I can update the BIOS?

So my guess is I don't have the latest CHIF driver hpilo in my kernel.
I couldn't find anything in the SPP repo.

Also hp-health is not supported on Gen10, use amsd as all the health information is now provided by iLO

purchased an HP 361T Adapter, inserted in the PCI-E slot 2, the card in the device inventory is displayed, the product number, serial number is visible, but the status is "unknown".
sinned on the BIOS, updated and put the latest version, does not help. does anyone have an understanding of why so?
what is displaying it as unknown, the BIO or the OS? If the OS it may need a driver

it does not matter the status in iLo, why there is no new device!
The iLO 2.0.0.1 cmdlets is available on both HPE Web and PowerShell gallery which has fix for the certificate issues.
